We’re now looking for dedicated, active members of the community in good standing within our VAs to join the group in a support capacity.
Closing date for both roles is the 15th of October 2024.
Group Events
As part of the Events Team, you will be responsible for thinking of exciting new events either for all, some or targeted individual airlines within the group. These can include Focus Airports, Focus Areas, Group Flights, Real Ops, the sky is the limit! Good organisation and communication are key to this role.
You will be required to collaborate early with the Operations Team for the required graphics to be produced in plenty of time for you then to load it to vAMSYS correctly and market it to the community to ensure maximum engagement.
Group Community Support
As part of the Community Support Team, you will be responsible for answering pilot queries received via helpdesk support tickets and the “Ask the team” Q&A section of the website.
You will help the Operations team keep on top of fleet changes, and help to produce resources for our group of airlines. These can include assisting to produce Operations Manuals, contribute to scenery lists, airport briefings and more.
Good communication is important for this role. You will be required to answer pilot queries promptly and professionally, knowing when to ask for support from the wider Operations team where needed.
